At Salai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
